Our standard delivery service applies to all 48 contiguous states of the U.S.
Using your assigned tracking number, you will be able to follow your purchase from its arrival at our central distribution center to your door. Items which are too large to be sent via parcel service will be handled by our freight forwarding partners who will contact you some time before the item reaches you to provide you with a delivery appointment.
Our standard delivery includes delivery to a garage or first dry room. Unfortunately, standard delivery does not include carrying up stairs or product assembly. At fashion4home, we ship our products as quickly and as efficiently as possible. This is why we use only the most reliable and proven carriers to deliver our items.

For an additional charge, we can provide you with a White Glove service. With our White Glove service, our delivery team will carry your merchandise up one flight of stairs into a room of your choice,remove the packaging and will assemble your piece for up to 15 minutes. Not What You Wanted? No Problem with Our 30 Days Free Return Policy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund of the purchase price and the shipping and handling charges originally paid. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.Simply contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery, and return the purchased item in its original, unused condition in its original (or similar quality) packaging and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the shipping and handling charges originally paid. We take time and extra care with your items from the point of manufacture until you have received it. All shipped items are regularly inspected. In the unlikely event that an item arrives and there are signs of damage incurred in transit, please inform the freight delivery team and immediately call or mail our Customer Service Team, who will assist you in rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.
